What dod i do seeing i dont know what to do with this problem?

i want to go home and live with my dad and there is currently a custody battle going on because my mom wont let me go home.is there anything i can do to speed up the process because i dont know what to do and i dont know how muich longer i can take it with my mom.ADVICE PLEASE!
