What changes will I have in the appearance of my breasts if I breast feed?

Breastfeeding isn't what changes them, it's pregnancy. Mine did change drastically after I finished nursing my last child but that's just because the change wasn't noticeable when they were full of milk. Some genetics are prone to sagging and others are not.
