How do dogs act after giving birth?

My dog gave birth 4 days ago and was wondering if its ok that she keeps digging even though she already gave birth. She never really did this (maybe once in a while) and she does it from time to time now, especially when i put her on my bed. She also doesnt like to sit still to much when shes on my bed without the puppies but when shes with them she stays there relaxed and most of the time sleeping, she also doesnt like to drink much water only time to time, as of right now im giving her milk W/formula and puppy food with some soft food from time to time.. i took her to the vet the day she gave birth and they said she was fine, i just want to make sure shes still ok. The only reason i havent takin her again is cause i dont have a car and my parents think i get to nervous (which i do). So what do you think, is it normal? how dod ogs act after pregnancy?
