Could my Ferret be pregnant? Her Tummy spreads side ways like if she is pregnant.?

I just bought two Ferrets from a teen who needed to get rid of them. He gave them to me for free. Or he would have taken them to the shelter, so I told him I just go pick them up. They dod not have tattoos. I was told then when they don't have tattoos on there ears it is because they are not de-scented or spayed or neutered.
